Terms of Service

The service

Ordinami.it provides a platform to create and manage digital menus with QR codes, table ordering and related tools. The service is intended for food-service businesses (professional use).

Subscriptions and payments

The BASE, MEDIO and PRO plans are monthly subscriptions processed through a third-party payment provider, in the checkout reachable from the website. The licence is activated automatically on the email address used for the purchase. Prices shown exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your subscription management area (the link is in the purchase receipt): the plan remains active until the end of the paid period, after which the account switches to read-only mode. Data is not deleted automatically.

Restaurant content

You are responsible for the content you publish (photos, texts, prices, allergens) and for its compliance with the applicable rules, including Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on allergens.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law.
